Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We do NOT allow for address changes once an order has been submitted.

Domestic Shipping Rate

We charge a Flat Rate of $18CAD for shipping within the Province of Ontario.

Continental U.S. Shipping Rate

We charge a Flat Rate of $35CAD for shipping to any location within the Continental US. Please note that additional duties, sales tax, import & handling fees may apply to international purchases. 

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free shipping on orders over $300CAD within Canada.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2270 Wyandotte St. W. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday. 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
