Mutation Mayhem!
Mr. Sinister made a deal with Mephisto to unlock the secret of chimeric mutation, the ability to combine someone else's DNA to gain their powers for yourself.  But Mephisto added a sinister twist of his own, making the mutations random and contagious!  Or was that Mr. Sinister's plan all along?  He acted extra suspiciously when confronted about it.

The May Mutation Mayhem is a Marvel Crisis Protocol tournament on Sunday May 31 with three rounds of custom scenarios featuring the ability to gain random superpowers for your characters.  Challenger format, standard timeline.
